The 4 self-contained flats are located only 200 metres from the beach in quiet surroundings.
FLAT 1 and 2
Have two sleeping areas, the main bedroom has a double bed and 1 set of bunks and there is a single bed in the front sleep out. There is a day/night divan in the living area of each flat.  Both flats have kitchenettes and ensuite bathroom, consisting of shower, toilet and hand basin.  They also have DVD players.  Ceiling fans are in the main bedroom and living area.
FLAT 3 and 4
Have one bedroom consisting of double bed and bunk bed.  There is also a day/night divan in the living area.  These flats have kitchenettes.  They are both air-conditioned.  There is a shower and hand basin in each flat with their own lockable toilet located just outside the flats.
All flats have a colour TV, microwave, electric frying pan, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, fridge/freezer, clock radio, electric fans and heaters.  B.Y.O. Blankets, Linen, Pillows, Towels and Bath Mat (all beds are fitted with mattress protector and bottom fitted sheet) Full Linen/Bedding service available – will only be serviced weekly (see over for cost) There is a BBQ area with a large gas BBQ, outdoor setting and a gas burner for cooking crabs.  A fish cleaning bay for all you fishing enthusiasts and a communal laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board.  A highchair is also available (kept in the laundry).
TARIFF (based on 4 persons)
Flats 1 & 2 $50.00 per night (for more than 4 persons, an extra $5.00 each person per night is charged)	Flats 3 & 4 $40.00 per night (for more than 4 persons, an extra $5.00 each person per night is charged)
