At a Glance
	Ardrossan Community Hospital Inc. has 17 licensed hospital beds and a 9 bed Community funded hostel. ACH has a strong community focus. Hospital space is made available to visiting allied health professionals, including a Chiropractor, Audiologist, Podiatrist. Immunization is performed at the hospital and there is a needle exchange program in place.
Visiting specialists include Orthopedic Surgeon, an Endoscopist and a General Surgeon. An Accident and Emergency Service provides the community, including many tourists and visitors, with emergency health services. Patients requiring more intensive medical treatment are transferred by helicopter to the RAH. A helipad is located on land adjacent to the Hospital.
